On June 24th, Lindsey and I were honored to receive the 2017 ACRL IS Innovation Award for Project CORA at the ALA Annual Conference in Chicago! The annual award recognizes a project that demonstrates creative, innovative or unique approaches to information literacy instruction or programming. The plaques (one is pictured below) and $3,000 award were donated by EBSCO. We were especially pleased that the award recognized CORA for attempting to incorporate outside instructional voices beyond the confines of the library. Thank you to EBSCO and the ACRL Instruction Section! We hope the award will increase awareness of CORA and attract new contributors.
