Andrea Kincaid is a Reference & Instruction Librarian at Rowan-Cabarrus Community College and Reference Librarian at Johnson & Wales University at Charlotte.  She holds an M.L.I.S. from UNC-Greensboro and is Secretary/Treasurer of the College & Universities Section of NCLA.  Her favorite library experience thus far was a fellowship at the Rare Books & Special Collections Division of the Library of Congress.  Andrea is passionate about educating students in information literacy and working with archives and special collections.
