I have a B.A. in English from Penn State and two Master's of Arts from the University of Wyoming one in English-literature, and the other in American Studies. Now, I teach rhetoric and writing, literature, and humanities courses at Eastern Oregon University. My experience is mostly with first-generation, rural learners. I am interested in multimodal and digitial literacies, the American West, disability studies, food rhetorics, and things like space and place identity formation.
